Mind Reset and Stress Relief
Purpose: Stress removal and rewriting self-limiting beliefs
Your subconscious beliefs establish the limits of what you can achieve. Past events, experiences, traumas and relationships can all contribute to negative subconscious beliefs. These experiences, although in the past, can continue to get in the way of where you want to be, and what you want to achieve.
