1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
2. Services
Our business provides spiritual reading and healing services, which may include but are not limited to tarot readings, psychic readings, astrology readings, and intuitive guidance sessions. We also offer a range of healing services aimed at promoting holistic wellness and inner balance. Our practitioners utilise various modalities including energy healing, Psych-K and emotion code to support your journey towards physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
For clients under the age of 18, parental or guardian consent is required before scheduling or participating in any services. By engaging in our services, parents or guardians affirm that they have the legal authority to consent to services on behalf of the minor. Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring the appropriateness of our services for their child and for providing any necessary information about the child's health, medical history, or other relevant considerations.
Parents or guardians acknowledge and accept any risks associated with their child's participation in our services and agree to release The Bridge Between and its practitioners from any liability arising from such participation.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is required prior to scheduling a reading. We accept direct debit and cash.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds except in specific cases. If a reading or session cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances such as practitioner unavailability, emergency situations, or other extenuating factors, we may offer a partial refund. The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the portion of the service that was completed before the interruption or cancellation occurred. Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the service.
5. Privacy Policy
Privacy is very important to The Bridge Between. We are required to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles, and therefore our privacy policy applies to any personal information we collect, use or disclose, including the personal information of our employees and contractors.
We collect personal information in order to provide various services to our clients. With consent, we may also use personal information for related purposes including providing clients with updates on our products and services.
We do not use or disclose personal information for any purpose that is unrelated to the services we provide and that you would not reasonably expect (except with client consent). We have a duty to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ affairs, including personal information. Our duty of confidentiality to our clients applies, except where disclosure of personal information is consented to by the client or is compelled by law.
We endeavour to protect any personal information that we hold from misuse and/or loss, and to protect it from unauthorised access, modification and/or disclosure.
If you want to gain access to your personal information, correct or update your personal details, register a complaint about a breach of your privacy, or you have any other query relating to our privacy policy, please contact us.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of all clients, including minors. However, parents or guardians may be provided with information about the services their child receives, as appropriate and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and courteous manner during readings and when interacting with our practitioners. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour.
7. Clients Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own well-being and should communicate openly with our practitioners regarding any health concerns or conditions. It is important to disclose any relevant medical information or conditions prior to receiving healing services. Clients are encouraged to actively participate in their healing journey and to follow any self-care recommendations provided by our practitioners.
8. Disclaimer
Our services are provided for entertainment purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and insightful readings, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided. Any decisions or actions taken by clients based on the information received during readings are solely the responsibility of the client. We expressly disclaim any liability for any loss, damage, or harm, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided. Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgment and seek professional advice when appropriate. By using our services, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided during readings, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and video clips, are the property of The Bridge Between and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
10. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
